SAFETY

The TEEZILY company applies a safety process for access to the Teezily Service in accordance with professional standards. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the adopted standard.

TEEZILY ensures the technical maintenance of the Teezily Service and makes regular technical updates. Content updates are made gradually to take account of changes in Product Campaigns and sales. However, TEEZILY’s liability may not be invoked if the TEEZILY Service is disrupted due to breakdowns or maintenance operations.

DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM

Users are invited to refer to the "Confidentiality Charter".

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The structure, technology, file system configuration, tools used for the design, development and operation of the Teezily Service, and all elements presented on the Teezily Service (especially names, designs, models, photographs, logos, data, database, etc.) are the exclusive property of the TEEZILY company and are protected by intellectual property law, especially copyright, the sui generis database right, trademark law and the protection of know-how.

Original Designs are the property of the Designers.

The total or partial reproduction of the Teezily Service or any one of its elements as well as the Designs and other works referred to above, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior, written consent of the TEEZILY company or of the Designers with regard to the Designs, is strictly prohibited. Failing this, the Customers and/or Users concerned will be subject to civil and criminal legal action by TEEZILY and/or the Designers.

Despite the utmost care exercised by the TEEZILY company in its activities, if an amicable solution cannot be reached in the event of a dispute, in accordance with article L.133-4 of the French Consumer Code, the user may have recourse, free of charge, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of settling disputes.
